Toy/play Dog?

I want to buy a play/toy dog which requires less grooming, is not very firocious,and plays with me….can u pls. suggest me a breed of that type

‘Toy’ dog is a classification of dog breeds, it does not mean that they are any more suited for playing than any other dogs, which you seem to be confused about.
Try contacting your local shelter to see what dogs they have looking for new homes. If you are in the US then http://www.petfinder.com is a good way of locating a suitable homeless dog in your area.
how about a french bulldog. They are low maintenance and does not shed a lot.
a toy tea cup Chihuahua my son has one and very spunky and mild tempered. he had it from a puppy. i didnt like it at first but it grew on me.
