Wal-Mart has alot of those toys, the ones where you by an animal and it walks,jumps,barks,fetches,etc. If you go there, ask an employee to take you to the toys and look for one in the toy department. Hope I helped! P.S. I starred this question!
I got it when I was a little kid when Cat-Dog still came on tv it is like a plush of it would it be a collectible toy? it’s in good condtion
The paws were round and made of a soft plastic/rubber so they resisted when pulled and made the dog look like it was walking. There was a long haired white one and a short haired white one with brown spots. there were other types too I think. They were probably a foot in length and maybe a little taller than a foot.
I volunteer at the shelter 2-3 days per week, and I’ve made it my goal to take some of the more hyper, exciteable dogs out to the play yard and let them have some “free-running” time. This helps them learn to socialize with humans, and it also helps them burn off the excess energy that gets built up living in such close quarters.
The problem is, when we get out to the yard, we have no toys for them to play with. I don’t mean the expensive kind of dog toys. I mean, we don’t even have tennis balls to throw for them. NOTHING. The shelter is so over-wrought, all the funding and donations go for the basics… food, water, medical care, staffing… there’s no $$ for “extras” like toys.
I need some ideas for getting toys donated, or at a great discount, so the dogs can at least have something to fetch. Right now, all they have are rocks! I need names of charities to contact, even those philanthropists who give small sums to charities. Anything you can think of. Thanks!
im looking for a really good electronic dog. a fake dog that acts like a real dog. my son wants a puppy but we cant get one right now because we live in an apt.
Did I purchase the wrong “Hide A Squirrel” dog toy? My shepherd is around 36 pounds, 7 months and she’s able to get it out awfully quick. The first day I gave it to her, she bit the squirrel by the head and pulled it out in less than 10 seconds each. I purchased her a Jumbo because she’s going to grow some more. But I thought it would take awhile because she has to “work” to get the squirrels out. However, she’s getting them out really quick, I’m starting to think I should’ve gotten a large???

i get them for my Catahoula..he destroys everything else even Kongs! nylabones will last forever w/him…and they clean the teeth really well. my Catahoula is 7 1/2 yrs old, my vet says he’s got the best looking teeth he’s seen on a dog that age.

My seven months old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel chews just about anything! Yesterday he chewed an extension cord,but thank God he didn’t bite through the copper wire. He has also tore a tire bone,a phone charger (wasn’t in wall),and earphones. He’s started to try going under the computer desk. He chewed a huge hole through his blanket and his bed. We are extremely worried about him. Does anyone know of a dog toy that’s tough and safe if he tears a piece off and swallows it?
Our dog recently lost her favourite toy that she’s had for many years, and I’m wondering if anyone knows where I can get a replacement. It was a basketball, quite small (about 3-4 inches in diameter), and was blue, red, white and yellow in colour. It was a squeaky toy, and made a very high pitched, almost whistling sound when ’squeaked.’ It was really easy to squeak, and the lightest touch would make a sound.
I know that’s very precise, but I’m wondering if anyone has a similar toy and knows where to get one?
My mom bought it for my daughter last Christmas from I’m sure some kind dollar store or novelty store. It’s a black and white dog with a red button you push on it’s back that lights up and makes the dog bark and “walk” by rolling on it’s wheels. It also has four different colored small buttons on it’s side in different shapes and each plays a different animal sound. THIS IS MY DAUGHTERS’ FAVORITE TOY AND IT BROKE BEYOND REPAIR. I WOULD DO ANYTHING TO FIND ANOTHER ONE. There was no brand as like I said it was a generic toy. Let me know if anyone knows where I can find this. THANK YOU!
