Don’t try making him sick.
Depending on the size of the toy it will pass through I know mine have done it. contact the vet make him aware of the situation, and will be ready to take the dog it the toy gets stuck or if its a larger toy he will help immediately.
my 45-50 pound mutts loves to play, but he “kills” his toys in about 3 days. a rope toy is lucky to make it past a week with him. does anyone have any idea where i can buy a really strong toy that well last longer?
and also, what brand of bones is the best? he loves a good bone, but i want one thats also good for him. any ideas?
We would like to find a toy-size dog (around 9-15 pounds) for our family of seven. We have children from ages 2 1/2 to 14. The youngest children are 2 1/2 and then 6 and I haven’t seen them be rough with any animals. The six year old falls in love with every animal she sees. Family members are home most of the time so the dog would not typically be left alone except for weekend errands.
Here is what we are looking for:
**Toy size or very close to it.**
**Doesn’t shed or minimal shedding but is not hairless.**
**Hypoallergenic.**
**No doggy odor.**
**Good with children.**
**Doesn’t require frequent professional grooming (prefer less often every 6 weeks).**
**Easy to housebreak and train.**
Yes, that’s a tall order but I’m hoping there is a ‘perfect’ pet for us. I have done a lot of looking online and seem to only find conflicting information. I would be very thankful for any ‘wise’ recommendations you care to share.

I really need help finding a well priced, well bred Toy Sized American Eskimo dog. I would like to get a female, at the youngest age possible. And it has to be as close as possible to Virginia, I don’t want to travel cross country to get a dog!!

Okay first of all I want to learn to groom my own dog. I have the equipment and after today I’m tired of paying out money for haircuts and they never turn out right.
This is todays haircut (I will add that my grandmother trimmed down his face and ears his face looked bichon and his coat was shaved way too close on the rest of him)

I have a german shepherd dog and she hates all toys or destroys them.She doesn’t like Kong,even when stuffed with treats. She destroyed the tug of war rope we bought for $20. She hated all the bones we bought her. I can’t find a good toy! I’m desperate!
i wanted to get a a new dog ( Toy Poodles ) i have been looking around and the asking price starts at 1,500 to 3,000 i love this type of dog but i wanted to look around to see if i can find a lower asking price . Im already and current dog owner ( 5 years ) and i only paid 350 for my dog when he was a puppy . i would like a poodle from 250 – 500 range if possible . possible located around d.c maryland or Virgina or not to far from these areas plz help thanks
Went to petco last night got the superchewers those cute loofa dogs in canvas thinking “haha canvas. now this one they wont tear apart”. Tonight: loofa dog torn apart and squeakers destroyed.
But do they care about the liver flavored nylabone for tough chewers?? Noooooo..
