Don’t try making him sick.
Depending on the size of the toy it will pass through I know mine have done it. contact the vet make him aware of the situation, and will be ready to take the dog it the toy gets stuck or if its a larger toy he will help immediately.
I have an 8 1/2 lb chihuahua and was just curious about what is considered a toy dog? What are their defining characteristics?
I gave her a new rubber toy with a squeaker, and she loves it. The only thing is she cries the entire time she plays with it. Could it be that the squeaker is hurting her ears? She’s had toys before with squeakers, and she’s always cried when she’s played with them.
I bought a dog toy at walmart a few weeks ago and it is his favorite. It was on clearance, so they don’t have anymore. It was a walrus and there was a tennis ball in side of it. It makes them more durable and he carries it all over the place. I always cut the tag off of the toys so that he doesn’t. If I could get the name of the toy or something comparable on the internet then I can get him more. They also had a pig and a t-rex. I only bought the one because I didn’t know if he was going to like it. I should have bought 10 of them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
My pup (7.5 mo old maltese/yorkie mix – boy) is going through toys like there is no tomorrow. i give him a toy, and there’s a hole in it within 5 minutes. The only toy i could find is bamboo dog toys, but even that’s not holding up too much. Any recommendations?
he gets his daily walks, usually 3 walks lasting about 30 min to 45 min, and a couple of little ones in between, and he’s really good on his walks. potty training is going pretty well. i think he got most of his teeth in. so i’ll take any advice in at this point. I would really appretiate some suggestions for dog toys (plush toys, not rubber. i have a few rubber ones, he’s not that much into them).
for christmas my son asked for a puppy with a doghouse but he has allergies so i got him the new toy puppie that licks ya and gets ya wet,lol. and i need a little affordable dog house for it now. its getting close to christmas and i need one fast. help!!!!!
My Airdale is 8 months old and we gave him a dog toy (rope toy) that he slowly ate pieces of (obviously we didn’t know he had done that), and the strings twisted inside his intestines and caused intestinal obstructions.
He had emergency surgery last night that is going to cost us thousands of dollars! Can we try to get the money for the surgery from the makers of the toy that did the damage?
My 1 year old cavalier king charles spaniel has always been very social, and affectionate. Also, she loves playing fetch. Last week, she was running for the toy, and it accidentaly bounced off her behind. (it was a stuffed toy, not thrown hard). However, this is the first time she ever ran past the toy and subsequently got hit.
Ever since this incident, she’s constantly been starting as if there is something behind her. She’s been frantically looking over her shoulder, towards her behind, and chasing her tail on occasion. She is much less social, and has started sitting in corners with her back firmly against them for long periods of time. She has NEVER done this before that incident. Is there some correlation? How can we get her to realize there’s nothing “chasing” her? It’s almost as if she is schizo now 
Could this possibly be related to something else? An allergy, or some other circumstance that could create this behaviour? thank you so much for any insight.
Just bought Rickards Dog Trainer Scent and also bought a toy for my dog to put the scent but not sure how much of it i should put on the toy to train him with. And it is pheasant scent to.
ok see i was watching a movie and a band came up and they called it dog toy and usually on a movie when they mention a band or something its a real band but i want to know if dog toy is a real band..
